The International Association for the Study of Attachment (IASA) is a multi-disciplinary association of mental health professionals who study or apply the dynamic-maturational model of attachment and adaptation (DMM). Our primary goal is using developmental, systemic, and neuro-cognitive knowledge to change the way treatment is conceptualized and delivered in order to make treatment more effective.
We invite presentations and participation from those who already work with the DMM as well as those with a new interest in it. For any information contact: conference@iasa-dmm.org
Program
The main strands in the conference program are:
- Prevention and early intervention: Early childhood, the transition to adulthood and early parenthood.
- Challenging disorders: ADHD, autism, eating and personality disorders, addictions, etc.
