From Stanstead airport:
National Express coaches run regular coaches, the journey time to Cambridge is 30 minutes. Tickets can be reserved on the National Express Coach website.

From Heathrow Airport:
By coach: National Express coaches run regular trips direct to Cambridge, the journey time is 4 hours . The drop off point is in a 'park and ride' site, and regular buses run from there into the city centre.

By train: quicker than by coach. 'Heathrow express', 15 minutes into Paddington station. From there a short tube trip to London Kings Cross station. Regular trains from Kings Cross to Cambridge, journey time approx 1 hour. Taxi's available from Cambridge station.

Conference Guidelines:
• IASA may audio and/or video record conference presentations (depending on authorization given by presenter). As an attendee I agree to be recorded and will receive no compensation from it.
• All program participants, members, nonmembers and students are expected to register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fees.
• Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration to conference is non refundable. It can, however, be transferred to other individuals (IASA does not take responsibility for this, and requires to be given notice of such transfers).
• IASA conferences are held at locations that are tied to their national acts on accessibility for the disabled. If you have special needs IASA asks that requests for assistance be emailed at least two weeks prior to conference beginning. IASA will try to meet identified needs, but cannot take full responsibility to ensure guarantees for accessibility.
• By selecting a twin room I understand that IASA will assign another conference attendee of the same gender to the room.
