Submit a proposal
Proposals should be submitted by March 1, 2012. Proposals should be submitted exclusively on-line through this page. E-mailed, faxed, or posted proposals will not be accepted.
ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE IN ENGLISH WITH A MAXIMUM LENGTH OF 300 WORDS – Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Individual proposals (Posters or 1 hour presentations)
Please note if submitting a group symposium you need to fill out one of the entries below for each participant, making a note in each entry that the submission is for symposium AND fill out appropriate form for a group symposium.

Group Symposia or Workshops (1 hour 50 minute presentations, limited to multinational groups)
Note that for this format one is expected to have filled out an Individual Research/Workshop Proposal (above) for each presentation.
